Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. A return fee of 49 SEK will be deducted.

Delivery Times

We partner with DHL and PostNord to deliver your order. The standard delivery time is 2–5 business days.

• DHL Service Point: Your order will be delivered to your nearest DHL agent and held for 14 days, unless otherwise specified by DHL. Unclaimed packages will incur a fee of 250 SEK.

• PostNord Varubrev: Your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox.

• PostNord Mypack Collect: Your order will be delivered to your nearest Postnord agent or locker and held for 14 days, unless otherwise specified by Postnord. Unclaimed packages will incur a fee of 250 SEK.
