Your order is usually shipped from us within one business day. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Your items are shipped with DHL or Postnord. Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days. With the delivery option "DHL Service Point," your order will be delivered to your nearest DHL service point. Your order will be held at the service point for 14 days unless otherwise specified by DHL.

With Postnord Varubrev, your order is delivered directly to your mailbox. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be sent to the nearest service point.

With Postnord Mypack Collect, your order will be delivered to your nearest Postnord service point or locker. Your order will be held at the service point for 14 days unless otherwise specified by Postnord.

A return label and a return formula is included in your package.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from receiving the item, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. The item must be returned in undamaged condition and in its original packaging. For approved returns, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 days after we receive the returned item.

We charge a fee of 5€ for returns.

Exchanging an item for a different size is free of charge, provided you use the return shipping label we send out. Fill out the return form with the size you wish to exchange for and follow the return instructions. As soon as we receive your item, we will send out the product you have chosen to exchange for.
